- Landscape Foreman -

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Foreman to lead our landscaping team in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for landscape maintenance, ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards. This role requires hands-on involvement in various landscaping tasks while supervising a team of workers.

Duties:

• Oversee and manage daily operations of landscape maintenance projects, ensuring quality and efficiency.

• Build and maintain landscapes.

• Supervise team members, providing guidance and support to ensure tasks are completed effectively.

• Plan and implement irrigation systems to maintain healthy plant growth.

• Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

• Train new employees on landscaping techniques, equipment usage, and safety protocols.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide expert recommendations.​​

Skills:

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance and lawn care.

• Strong leadership abilities with experience in supervising teams.

• Knowledge of irrigation systems and techniques for effective water management.

• Ability to build and maintain various landscape features, including gardens and tree care.

• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.

• Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

• Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.

Pay: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour
